Enough with the monogrammed koozies, shot/wine glasses, bottle openers, and well, anything that has your names and dates (or faces!) permanently stamped on them. Instead, consider favors your guests can consume, grow, play with, or use to decorate. In that vein, we're introducing a local vendor that creates vegan bath and body care products that everyone will want to use*. Alni Body Care items are formulated to be dye-free, SLSA-free, and alcohol-free. Owner and product creator, Alexandra Miller, only uses natural products to color the bath and shower products, along with aromas derived from essential oils.

Bath bombs and shower steamers are perfect as small gifts for bridal showers and wedding guest favors. Offered in various shapes, both products are pressed by hand and topped with local dried lavender flowers from Reinke Farms, in Dagsboro. The bath bombs are made with avocado oil and Epsom salt for a luxurious bath experience that leaves the skin silky smooth.
Alexandra's favorite scent blends are the lavender eucalyptus which is colored with dragon fruit, the blue tansy—colored with butterfly pea flower, and the lavender—colored with matcha.
"Besides the bath products, I offer a natural bug spray made with lemongrass and basil essential oils; super effective against itchy, biting bugs here at the beach! This bug spray would be the perfect addition to a welcome basket for wedding guests and bridesmaids/groomsmen staying in the hotel."
Other offerings include a vegan lip balm made with carrot seed and sunflower seed oils, and a vegan topical salve made with arnica, turmeric, and avocado oil.
Bulk shower steamers and bath bombs can be ordered for bridal showers and wedding gifts. Custom gift boxes including an assortment of products can also be ordered, along with product customization and personalization.
