"Like many 2020 stories, our wedding story was one of patience, flexibility, and gratitude. We had originally planned an all-out wedding ceremony and reception with a 200-person guest list, but as our date rapidly approached and we kept a close on on changing COVID-19 case counts and regulations, we came to the realization that—for the safety of our guests—our original plans would have to wait. We pivoted, limiting our ceremony to include only immediate family and the bridal party and following it up with photos on the beach and a nice dinner out. We hired a videographer to capture our ceremony, and our guests instead joined us via a livestream."
