Real Wedding Extra: Jennifer and Eli's first look

Vendor List:
Before they said "I do," Jennifer and Eli did what many couples are now choosing to do -- a first look. Here's a look at the look, and the rest of their special day.
"We did do a first look; in keeping with my wish for the day to go as smoothly and stress-free as possible, my husband and I decided to have a first look earlier in the day.  We both agreed that the moment where we saw each other for the first time should be a private moment between us (and the wedding party).  No matter how much you plan, the wedding day is incredibly stressful, and having that special time with your fiancé before being "on stage" in front of all the guests was incredibly comforting and re-assuring.  The moment you walk into the reception, it is like going to work, fun work, but you are very busy and everything flies by.
My husband said he still had that "wow" moment when he saw me in my full getup at the actual ceremony.  As anyone who has been wedding dress shopping knows, you usually don't have the 'wow' moment yourself until you see yourself in the dress with the veil.  By saving the veil for the ceremony it was still special.
So our plan was to meet in a park earlier in the day; have our first look, then get all the bridal party pictures out of the way.  Of course we ran into a hiccup with the weather, and moved the first look into the atrium at the hotel, but it was still special, and the time post ceremony was more relaxing, knowing we didn't have such a laundry list of pictures to take."
