We had passed hors d’oeuvres and a customized menu that guests could order off of.  It was a sit down dinner with waitstaff. 

Passed Hors D’Oeuvres:

            o       Filet on crostini w/horseradish aioli

            o       Jumbo Gulf (U-10) shrimp cocktail

            o       Chilled crab and avocado salad on crispy wonton

            o       Tomato bruschetta w/smoked olive aioli

            o       Rock shrimp lettuce wraps with apple kimchee

            o       Deviled Eggs with and without crab meat

Stationary Hors D’Oeuvres:

            o       Cheese Boards

            o       Marinated Olives

            o       Spanish Marcona Almonds

Sit Down Menu:

Soup or Salad

            o       Spring Carrot and Ginger Soup

            o       Creamy Seafood Bisque

            o       Heirloom Tomato & Burratta, with arugula pesto, lemon and chili

            o       Beet Salad, diced beets, arugula, goat cheese, apple cider vinaigrette

            o       Field Green Salad, tomatoes, carrots, cucumbers, red onion in house                                     vinaigrette

Dinner Menu, Choice of:

            o       Grilled New York Strip Steak and Cake, shallots, frisee, parsley, crispy                                     fingerling potatoes, porcini puree & mustard jus vinaigrette

            o       Caramelized Day Boat Scallops, blistered sweet Shishito peppers,                                                 roasted sweet corn, bbq peach puree

            o       Brined and Slow Roasted 1/2 Chicken, Anson mills cheese grits, bacon                                     braised kale, toasted sesame and bird juices

            o       Togarashi Crusted Tuna, Udon noodles, Napa cabbage, chile, scallion &                                     cilantro

            o       The Vegetable Collective, All the Salt Air Vegetables Working Together                                     For a Common Goal!

            o       Seafood Stew, shrimp, scallops, salmon, grouper, clams, mussels, potato,                                     saffron tomato broth and salsa verde

Transportation:  Kevin and I had a rental car and Kevin drove from the beach house to the restaurant.  Others walked and a family friend, Scott Wilson, transported some guests.
