Bethany Blues announces bourbon dinner dates

Looking to host a unique bachelor party or give your special someone a one-of-a-kind dinner? Well, look no further!

Bethany Blues of Lewes is excited to announce the dates for their exclusive bourbon dinners for the 2017/2018 shoulder season. If you’ve ever attended a Private Bourbon Stash Dinner at Bethany Blues of Lewes, then you know what all the fuss is about, and if you haven’t, now is your big chance to get in on the action.

The dinners, which are coursed and accommodate only 12 guests in the Barrel Room, are both educational as well as social. Blues rolls out the red carpet of bourbon selections, bringing out the private collection of owner Kevin Roberts, which has taken him years to amass.

Jessica Nathan, Director of Operations for the Lewes Location, says the selection alone is note-worthy. “From some of the most sought after tastes, like the Pappy Van Winkle, to more intriguing choices like the Japanese Whiskeys, it’s an opportunity to really dig into the rare whiskeys.”

When patrons purchase their tickets to these dinners, they are essentially buying their way into an exclusive collection of whiskey and then being able to taste several of them. This is an experience to be had. On top of all the great, oaky, aged flavors of bourbon and whiskey, there is, of course, the food itself. The courses are tailored to be paired with whiskey, and they are creative and delightful. It’s high-end barbecue, elevated to a coursed meal level.

Each dinner in the line up is it’s own unique menu, and it’s meant to punctuate the season, the selection, and local fare available. Simply put, these are meals you won’t want to miss out on, paired with the bourbons of your dreams.

The dinners will be held on the following dates: November 14, 2017, January 23, 2018, and March 27, 2018. They run from 6 go 9 p.m. and are always held on a Tuesday. Tickets are hard to come by, as each dinner only seats 12 people and due to the rare cabinet selections available, demand can be high. Get your tickets today by calling (302) 644-2500. We’ll see you in the Barrel Room!
